Making Growth Feel Possible

Life can feel complicated — but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I believe we’re all shaped by the people, relationships, communities, and experiences around us. That’s why I look at the whole picture, not just the problem someone is bringing into the room.

I provide therapy for kids, teens, adults, and couples in Huntington Beach, supporting clients through challenges like ADHD, anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I also offer parent coaching for families who want practical support and a deeper understanding of what’s happening beneath the behavior.

My Approach

I believe therapy starts with feeling truly understood. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You just have to show up as you are.

I bring a warm, creative, and practical approach to therapy. I look at the whole picture—not just symptoms, but the relationships, experiences, and life circumstances that shape them.

My own experiences with uncertainty, change, and parenthood have deepened my compassion for the messy parts of life. I know that sometimes there aren’t easy answers, and I believe you deserve a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and never judged.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, identity, or a difficult transition, my goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening, feel less alone, and find a way forward.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. We’ll figure it out together.
